“객실에 들어갔더니 욕실 바닥이 세제 등으로 미끄러웠고, 변기에도 세제 거품이 남아 있었습니다. 복도와 객실 내부에도 소독약 냄새가 강하게 남아 있었고요. 또한 난방기가 고장나 추위에 떨며 잤습니다. 직원이 왔으나, 해결해줄 수 없고, 담요만 줄 수 있다는 답변만 했습니다. 왜 평점이 낮은지 알겠더군요. 리셉션 직원들도 체크인 할 때부터 귀찮은 기색이 역력했습니다. ”
“We loved this hotel and its location. The rooftop pool deck is great. 1.5 mile walk to Cascais, beautiful beaches right across the street, the train station to go to Lisbon is a 4 minute walk, and an Uber ride to Sintra is just around $20. It really is a great hotel and location. ”
“The place was in a convenient, not touristic location with access to the metro a block away, a few restaurants (very good), and a grocery store next door. The people made us feel welcomed. The room was very clean and our towels were changed daily. I had an issue with my TV not turning off and I had someone from the front office in my room within 5 minutes. I highly recommend it and I would stay there in my next visit to Lisbon.”
“Great place in a central location. The hotel is on a pedestrian street with close proximity to many restaurants and bars. Staff was friendly and nice clean rooms. Would stay there again. ”
