“Room was 58 degrees upon entering. Did respond to thermostat change”

“We had a bit of confusion with our reservation that we made through expedia but the hotel management helped us to make it right. After that the room they put us in had a plugged pipe in the sink, which was giving off a horrible odor. I reported it to the manager and they offered to move us - which we did NOT want. Then they had maintenance come the very next day (earliest possible) to correct the problem. Staff was very friendly and good to work with. The maintenance man called me personally...

“It is not a brand new hotel. However considering price it is definitely acceptable. Most of all, a staff from Brisbane, Australia was really friendly and kind. He allowed us to have some meals for breakfast even in the evening. He provided water bottles as well. It was touching in the very cold winter night. ”

“We had a great stay at this Hampton Inn! It was clean, quiet and convenient to Medina/Fairlawn. We particularly enjoyed lounging by the pool (there isn’t a hot tub) and having access to tea/coffee all day. The upgrade to a king suite was worth the price for us.”

“Room was clean and ready for arrival. Room cooled off quickly. Location was near the road. Breakfast was delicious. It had great selections and hot food was hot.”

“I mean...it's cheap so what do you expect? Loud... Uncomfortable ... Nothing interesting around it...? Like I said...cheap with free coffee.”

“While the rate was good, I feel there are still room for improvements. The room was basic but comfortable; however, the shower in my room needed repair. The cold water faucet didn't work, so if you're looking for a hot, scolding shower...that room is just for you! The breakfast was WEAK. I can't remember if it was advertised as continental or not, but you had the option of cereal or toast with either not ripe enough or over-ripe fruit. That was it. Juice machine was "out of order" too. Coffee...

“Accommodation was adequate for our stay and the price fit our budget. On initial entering the room smelled musty but was not bad after the A/C unit was started to move the air and some air freshener. Breakfast was a coffee machine , honey buns and other snack type items. Price dictates what you get and this fit for what I paid. If you’re looking for a budget type room this should work.”
