“Our experience here was unfortunately not what we expected. Although most of the staff were beyond helpful and kind, the property itself (although advertised as) is not handicap AT ALL. When booking I requested that my Father be assisted with handicap accessibilities. When checking in they informed me his room was on the third floor with no elevator, then charged me to “upgrade” to the first floor. There are no elevators. No golf carts for walking. Steps are everywhere including multiple trip...

“Absolutely loved my stay and the staff was wonderful”

“Best resort experience I have had”

“The property was very nice and peaceful but pretty inconvenient because of how far out of town it was. The coffee was terrible and the food was just ok so we ended up eating out every day. They do have a driver though and they were very helpful.”

“Great place to stay!”

“Keep up the great work”

“My wife and I stayed at the Grand Lido for a week, Sept 15 - 22. We have been there over 15 times in the past. So sorry to learn of the destruction in late Oct 2025 from Hurricane Mellisa. “The beach chairs with umbrella were nice. The beachfront is mellow and clean.”

“The rain shower head did not work. Had to shower using the hand held wand. Also the safe had to be worked on by the staff before we could use. This was room 40. The bar was very good. The bartender who worked the afternoon shift on Sunday was very attentive.”

“The hotel was amazing”

“Rooms arw very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful. Everyone made me feel very welcome and safe. Thanks all, I highly recommend this place and will be returning.”

“There was no wifi , and I wish I was notified about this , because traveling internationally you depend on this . Otherwise, this is my 8th time here and it’s convenient and nice”

“Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the rooms could use some updating. I was locked out of my room for about an hour because the door lock malfunctioned, which was frustrating. Unless you’re interested in becoming a member, I’d recommend avoiding the sales presentations. They took up too much time, especially during a short stay, and took away from my vacation experience.”

“The staff and resort were Jamazing!! Special shout out to Michelle and Nicholas (our butlers) for an amazing experience.”
