"JOSH IS THE BEST!! GO SEE HIM IN THE LOBBY FROM 11 pm to 7 am!!! HE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ACCOMMODATE GUESTS!! His positive energy and good vibes are contagious, even at 3 am!!!!
