โThis property is probably the best we have ever stayed at. The quality of service is totally exceptional - the ethos of going the extra mile epitomises the brand of Ritz Carlton. They could never do too much from the bed turning down vservice to giving so much more. As it was our anniversary they made our room up with rose petals, a cake, bubbly and so much more. The place was spacious and clean, the pool was great and the ambiance relaxing.
The check in process was long though and only one staff member one the sink a little blocked. But overall a comfortable 4* experience for the stay.โ
