"The staff was quite friendly, especially the entertainment staff. There were lots of sun loungers around the pools, most of them with the option for shade. In the beach, however, there were no umbrellas most days so we didn’t even bother to sit there, which was unfortunate, but is a “me-problem.”. ..."

"We had an amazing time at Krystal Grand. Our room was cleaned daily. They even set up decorations in the room for my daughter’s 5th birthday. The staff was always helpful with anything we needed including helping us make reservations to the restaurants. We had an amazing time!"
