โWe ate outside (at the back of the property near the parking area) as we had a dog with us. . Just a suggestion โฆIt was a very hot and sunny day, so a table umbrella would have given us some shade.
We enjoyed a lovely hot Breakfast which was brought out to us. Only problem โฆ there was too much!! ๐ The
Staff were amazing - really friendly and obliging. โ
โWhat a little Gem this place is. Immaculately clean. Beautiful room, with everything you need. Easy check in. Communication was great. Was even given a txt an hour before our check in time to say room was ready. We will definitely be back!โ
โGreat bed, extra pillows. Good breakfast, wish it was longer. They were pretty busy so I didnโt feel right bothering them for the WiFi password, maybe they should put it in the rooms?โ
โFood was excellent, breakfast plentiful and tasty, evening meals were very good.
Bathroom we were in was a little cramped and the floor tiles were cracked and broken.
Overall the whole stay was very pleasant , the staff were very friendly without being overly so.
Would definitely go back if we were in the area.โ
โRan by a wonderful couple who are really friendly and accommodating. The lodge is in a beautiful location and the facilities and room are lovely.
Breakfast was included and we were asked beforehand what we wanted so it would be ready for the time we requested. And it tasted wonderful.
Me and my girlfriend have visited here twice now and I'd greatly recommend a stay here.โ
โLovely accommodating owners of the guest house. Nice room and bathroom. Area to sit downstairs and watch the TV, which was lovely. Surrounded by nice walks and a local pub. Breakfast was also nice. I cannot fault the place.โ
