“Parking is good we didn’t have a drink in the bar. We have stayed here many times over the years but it has gone downhill. Poor maintenance in the bathroom… no hot water for a shower or a wash! Went to breakfast and was told we had to be finished within half an hour… people on the next table… the waitress actually asked them to leave!! “Was lovely pet friendly and the views was amazing ”

“Soon as we walked in it smelt like an old peoples home, fusty and old - in need of a good clean. Walls are paper thin, only one pillow each. Bathroom was awful, dirty toilet. Check in was easy enough and we didnt really use the amenities. The only reason we didnt leave and go somewhere else is because it was dirt cheap and we were only staying as it was close to the airport for a early flight. So really you get what you pay for but wouldnt recommend or go back”

“The Hotel for the price you pay was ok. The bed was clean, however no mattress protection was laid down. The bathroom was also clean. The rest of the room as not as clean as i would have hoped and looked tired. The location however is excellent! Parking was suffient and only a 3min walk in the famous all creatures great and small area. ”

The food was amazing all top quality and the room was incredible, double walk in shower and stand alone bath. Just what was needed after a fab day walking Pendle top!! We will defo be back”
