"Such a lovely place to stay with a courtyard for off-road parking. The Italian owner helpfully spoke good English. He said he also spoke other languages as well. It is right on the edge of the lake and the front rooms have a view over the lake and the back rooms have a delightful view of the mountainside and over look a courtyard with typical Italian buildings. "This is a beautiful property filled with antiques and artwork. The staff was helpful and friendly. The grounds are magnificent and the spa is luxurious. The food and drinks were delicious. We even got an upgrade to a fancy suite! Why, I don't know. The place to stay in Lugano."
