"The room was awesome, looked better in-person than the pictures. The beach is literally across the street and there are plenty of places to eat just a short drive. The drinks are way watered down at the tourist restaurants. There are several grocery stores just minutes away. "The contact was extremely communicative and clear with his instructions. The property was fairly quiet and gated, with a gorgeous view of the beach/ocean. You’re right next to the beach, and the beach you’re next to is a fantastic lazy day beach. As expected, the property is slightly outdated, but it seems most of Puerto Rico properties not directly in Condado are this way, and for what it was, and especially at its price, there were no real complaints from my wife and I. We would gladly come back to this property if we ever visit the island again."
