“Really delicious breakfast, so many options and a lot of space to accommodate families. Room was really spacious and up to date, charging ports and full kitchen with appliances etc. Very comfy beds, loved our stay!”

“The bad: bathroom tub and toilet lid had all the paint cracking off. Also not very clean. I put a towel down to shower. The bed was ok. The floor was sticky. The sliding door window from the floor level was NOT locked so that was concerning. A whole person fits through those windows from the back parking lot. The good: the fridge was a decent size and it has a microwave. Ice was located nearby. Property was easy to locate. The front desk was nice. Overall not great but if its just for one...

“The Hotel Is Near Kings Dominion, so place is good. I have to pay in Dennis for the breakfast, because Hotel doesn't have the free breakfast. Dennis is good place but need my money for that. Even for that, II will visit again. *^^*”

Then, the following day, they charged my card again for the room after booking it through Expedia. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room. The room and bed was small, did not provide enough space for our luggage (only 3 suitcases) and the kitchenette was not equipped with any cookware, coffee maker, nor dishes. The location also was way out of Ashland and inconvenient for visiting folks in the town of Ashland. This place was not what we expected from the description on Expedia.”
