"Amazing and completely safe."

"room is very clean a/c has an odor when turned on but will be gone after few minutes. very minimal gym or exercise equipment. swimming pool is clean all around. breakfast is ok but can be better. coffee is "meh", i think over brewed."

"The staff. The staff was simply amazing. Everyone from the valet to reception to the concierge to the executive lounge and everyone in between. Each person was friendlier than the next. The rooms are great, the amenities are excellent but the staff was next level. When I return to Manila this is the only hotel I will I stay at. "
