"The rooms are clean and well maintained. The view to the mountain was amazing. The natural hot spring was great. Too bad the gym opens at 10AM. The dinner buffet was a little overpriced for what you get. Overall, a great hotel I would I visit again."

Especially when we took a taxi to check-in , there was an incident happened that my daughter’s wallet was dropped in the car. The staff quickly assisted in bringing up the security video tape to check the car number and assisting in finding the phone number of the driver at the taxi station. Fully showed the enthusiastic and hospitable nature of Taitung people.Thanks for the unforgettable kindness!"

It has a spa, a hot spring outside pool, great views and beatiful lawns were you can pass the time looking at the local flora and fauna"

"Nice property, nice people. Right near train station which is good AND bad. You can literally walk there, but the area is in an undeveloped area with nothing but a 7-11 and Family Mart. You'll need some way to get to town center. I'm a biker so I just rode bicycle everywhere. Breakfast is bland as toufu. Same thing every day."
