โWe arrived late and staff were very helpful and our flight the next day was not until later in the afternoon so the staff helped us out and locked our bags in the office while we walked to the beach. All the staff were very helpful 10/10. Thank you. โ
โStaff was super friendly, upgraded my friends and I to a much preferred room and were super easy to talk to and ask questions of, great host! Location was prime next to Coogee; just a bummer that lockers had to be paid forโ
โThe room and facilities were very clean and well-kept. However, I felt that staff members need more professional training, I didn't expect professional-professional and skillful staff members as this is not a chain hotel though. I'm thinking that staff members of a boutique hotel need professionalism as much as they need friendly and lively attitude. Typical boutique and 3-star hotel, but overall not bad considering its room rate.โ
โits nearby from redfern station. there are good coffee shops nearby also. modern place with new facility. check in is a little bit different as need to register online and get the access code for main door and room door also. generally very good to stay.โ
