"Couldn’t beat the location of this hotel- right in the Medina with a very short walk to the souks. The property, while a bit aged, was very nice. The rooms were large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom especially shows its aged but great water pressure and sufficiently sized. The property has a large pool but you best get there really early because the other guests “reserve” all the chairs and then leave for hours. The staff was very friendly and really love their country. They go out of the way to be helpful. We found that the bar staff was not as friendly or helpful until we tipped and then they couldn’t do enough for us."

"From the moment we arrived, Riad Andalla Spa exceeded our expectations. The riad is stunning, full of character, and ideally situated for exploring the souks and enjoying the local restaurants. Our room was beautiful, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. The staff deserve special recognition. They were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, always available to answer questions and offer guidance. Nothing was too much trouble. They provided excellent advice on getting around Marrakech and were contactable 24/7, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The breakfast was lovely each morning, and the attentive staff ensured we were well looked after. We also used the spa, which was simply outstanding. The treatments were relaxing and rejuvenating, and the spa team were wonderful. We left feeling completely refreshed. Without doubt one of the best places we have stayed. Thank you to everyone at Riad Andalla Spa for making our trip so memorable. We will definitely be returning for another stay and would highly recommend this beautiful riad to anyone visiting Marrakech."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. The room service was also very good. The indoor and outdoor pools were the best part during our stay. In regard to breakfast, it would have been better to have more vegan options as they could only offer fruits and some chopped veggies. There is still some renovations going on in the hotel though we did not feel disturbed by it as we understand it is part of the process to make it better. Location is also great with access to mall, cafes and restaurants. Overall our stay at the hotel was amazing and we loved it."
