“Clean room, helpful staff, and easy check in. We ate the breakfast that was included, which was really good too! We stayed for a concert at the Toyota Amphitheatre and it was a less than 15 minute car ride. Plenty of food options in the area and there is a Walmart within walking distance.”

“I hate to give a poor review hence why I said it was just okay. I dont know what cleaning supplies are used but the smell of them never left the room. The headboard metal accents were dirty the wall next to the sink has red splatter something on it. The shower had a half full shampoo and no soap. The security latch allowed alot of space for the door to open. I carry so safety I had with me right next to me. Good thing I also carry my own bath supplies. Shower did have good water pressure....

“Everything was great employees friendly and great costumer service”

“Our TV was broken was never fixed and our was shower door handle came off. Cleaning staff was very loud. Front desk was friendly trying to help. They gave us a $25 voucher for food.”

“Nice facility! Great water pressure, loud AC.”

“There was a abandoned car that was parked in a way the curb was sticking out. My wife tripped and fell. The fall injured both knees. I put a cone that was under the stairs over curb. Office was notified.”

“Room was clean and big. Property was in need of attention. It was quite but we stayed a thursday and friday. It was fine for a 2 night stay while we attended a concert. We would stay again if we attended another put of state show.”

“My first visit to GrassValley, what a lovely city, and staying at the Courtyard Suites was wonderful, right in town so walking around was so easy, and plenty of restaurants to choose from , I’ll be back for sure.”

“Five stars all around! The hotel itself was great, but Angie at the front desk truly made our trip. She is the definition of a professional—so helpful, kind, and attentive to every detail. Thank you, Angie, for making us feel so valued and welcome!”
