“We checked in on Election Day and none of the TVs in the.building were working. Staff did not seem to understand the urgency. The TVs were still not working the next day when.we left.”

“Great location, quiet, clean and friendly staff. Loved the room a little small but very well equipped, comfortable bed and clean. Definitely worth the stay. I read some comments about thin walls but I personally did not have any trouble at all.”

“Front desk staff was amazing and helpful”

“They are updating the property and what they have done so far is great! Manager is helpful wonderful!”

“There was six rooms that we reserved. My son and my other son‘s rooms had to be moved when they moved one of my sons. They took him down to a room where a naked man was laying on the bed so then they moved him rooms for a second time we came in Friday night at 12:30 and couldn’t find our key to get in the room stood in the office and rang. The bell called to the point that my husband went behind the desk to realize the gentleman was sleeping, so we went and pounded on the door to wake him up to...

“I can best describe our one night stay as “fine”. The property is definitely a little dated and has not undergone the full remodel other Fairfield’s have. It’s easily accessible, the staff was courteous and the breakfast was as one would expect but the age of certain things (mattress was shot, showers and bathroom fans were all very loud) would have me looking to stay elsewhere if we stay in Kalamazoo again.”

“Easy checking. Details of property were explained very clearly. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room Was clean. No maintence issues. Plenty of available parking. Hotel was quiet. Breaks was great.”

“The room was nice but the tv was messed up and I over paid for the hotel I paid 165 on Expedia and 267 for some reason when I got there and the a 100 dollar charge”

“Booked because it's across the street from the transit center, and very glad we did. The staff were incredibly helpful, including the front desk person physically walking me to the on-site restaurant fairly late when he was unable to confirm on the phone whether or not they were still open. The room was beautiful and, with the kitchenette, a very good value for the money. The free hot breakfast was definitely a plus, too. We are HIGHLY likely to stay here again in the future.”

“Stale damp smell in my room and my allergies were horrible. Wondering if there’s mold.”
