"Don't normally leave reviews. But this hotel has done an extra mile to be helpful. Sorted out my free car parking issue without i asking for it, also sorted out my baby's milk issue without i asking for it. Always a step ahead of me resolving issues which i greatly appreciated. Wonderful stuffs at reception and room service."

"Great location and large clean room. Very disappointing breakfast at the George though. Waited 20 minutes for a very unappealing looking plate of food and a bizarre set up. Sticky tables in breakfast room too. Staff were lovely though."

"Nice location close to Colchester town centre along with a decent gym, swimming pool and sauna all inclusive along with free parking. However the cleanliness good be improved as we found hair on our duvet and the room looked like it needed hoovering."
