"The hotel was nice, and watching sea turtles nest every night is a huge plus but the beach is not good for swimming as it's mostly Coral. The pool is right on the beach and was not bad but I don't believe they ran the pumps the whole time we were there so there were things accumulating including flies on the surface. It's very close to pretty much everything on playa norte."

"From the moment you walk in your greeted with a smile, whether they speak English or Spanish they are always very helpful. The rooms are clean fresh nice and cool filled with air-conditioning when you need to cool off, The beach is spectacular !!! The breakfast is where you begin each day no matter what! Try a carrajio... enjoy the soft sand and hot sun. Mamita's burgers around the corner, and Machacha spot for live music both phenomenal !! El Zorro for trips, scooters. Ask for Angel... de regreso"

"This was my first time in Isla Mujeres and I loved this hotel! The staff was extremely helpful, they helped arranged taxi services, and the beach chairs and umbrellas saved me. They also provided daily room cleaning and it was excellent, I would definitely recommend them and stay here again."

"Front desk was soooooo slow and the young guy was so busy talking with the woman boss often and he kept getting distracted. Not a pleasant experience. The pool water was very dirty and not clear. Cloudy with made my skin turn red! Yuck"

"Great location for Isla Mujeras and North Beach. I did like our private entrance from the beach but it closed too early and you have to walk around. The staff is only ok. Bored of being too accomodating. The breakfast included at the near by beach bar was pretty lame, just go for coffee. The bar staff there was also bored of service. Not welcoming. Its one big touisty place and I am sure I would be too. We are not speical but it is nice to swim in warm salt water. Everythign US prices now on the Island except the food trucks which were great. I went in summer and would go back in winter again to see the difference in vibe."

"La estancia fue muy placentera y sobre todo el personal siempre fue muy amable. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos y sigue siendo nuestro hotel preferido 😊 Lo único que no se nos comentó fue que los camastros pasando la alberca eran parte del restaurante y este es independiente del hotel. Así que no puedes consumir bebidas de otros negocios como de la cafetería del hotel en los camastros. O al menos eso nos comentaron los empleados del restaurante."
