“The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...

“This hotel was an amusement park, not a vacation. We left after the second day to spend the remainder of our vacation at another hotel. There were WAY TOO MANY guests and not enough amenities to accommodate them. They state they have 45+ restaurants but that is false! Tiny little food trucks that serve terrible food and takeout huts are considered a restaurant but are only open during the day, so night time selection for dinner is very limited. On top of that not all restaurants are open every...

“This spot is close to the airport, right across from the beach. They have a good restaurant on site. The accommodations are pretty basic, thin towels, AC doesn't exactly work. But people were friendly and its in a good location. Something to note is that taxis are fairly expensive ($25 or so even for a 10 minute drive) so if you want to see more than the immediate area it'll cost you.”

“Great Hotel we enjoyed our stay ofcourse its dated but it met our requirements bed was comfy and thats all we really cared as we are out all day touring the island. It has small pool which is 24/7 loved how convenient that is to take a dip at 2am. They have access to private beach ⛱️ 2min walk just have to cross the road its locked 🔒 as its private. Staff is great 👍 i wont mind coming back again... especially if youre into touring the island vs staying at a resort.. if you dont mind...

“The property is older and the cove rooms are worn and need to be refreshed as do the bathrooms. Big complaint about pool water temperature being too cold -- we did not swim at all in the pool, and it is the main reason for being there. Pool temps should be much warmer and advertised as other resorts do. We will not come back as other resorts have much warmer pool temps. Not enough beach chairs with sun covers at the cove beach or the pool. -- these 2 activities are the main reason people choose...

“The staff was nice when we got there. During our stay we did have to look for staff to help us as one woman seemed to be running the cafe and the hotel. The room was over crowded with beds. There were unpatched holes in the walls in the room and bathroom. There was dirt and hair behind the toilet. There was not the proper remote for the tv and the curtain was falling off the wall. It was a lack of attention to detail. It was not worth the money. ”

“Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. ”

“For the price we paid for our stay I can definitely say it was worth it. We started off with a little hiccups but the staff was so helpful and made sure to correct everything and made sure we got proper accommodation. We also got complimentary accommodation for the water park in Atlantis which I found was really nice especially since we had kids 7 and under. The park is 5 mins walk away from the hotel. There is restaurants around as well walking distance. The breakfast was more American cuisine...

“Great place to stay . You can get all over Atlantis by a free buss great location there is a food store and a liquor store right over there . Helps out cus everything is so expensive lol but I would stay there again for sure ”
