The hotel was lush and luxurious, an excellent location and very friendly staff that were willing to help. The breakfast was good if you eat meat of youre a veggie then or vegan there will be very little for you as even the breakfast potatoes are served in the samw container as the meat. But this aside it wss a spacious room and a very enjoyable stay. I will be going back.

I had to check out after one day because staff was rude and unhelpful and waiting to receive 2 days of payment back to my account from expedia. On check out they said expdeia will email me and refund the other 2 days so far nothing

this is a scam and a nightmare. The number on the photo and in reality are different. the carpet is old and smelly, the bed is not big, there is industrial noise in the windows, there is no air conditioning. we stayed in the room for 3 hours and my wife said that we can’t sleep here, got into the car, drove another 300 kilometers and spent the night in a small town. Hotel Victoria is not 4 stars, but a maximum of 2 or 1

No Hot Water 4 days

No hot water for four days in the hotel eventually forced them to move us to main part of hotel. No warnings or information given to guests or offers of compensation. How a hotel doesn't have a 24 hour service agreement for its heating of hot water is absurd.

The great about this hotel is an immensely huge park right cross the road, spacious room/bathroom, great breakfast with choices, freshness and view of the park, 4 short stops of bus to town center. I will certainly stay in this hotel for my future trips. However, to be honest, there were quite a few getting-used-to for me initially. First, language barriers, the reception desk is better than the restaurant staff but it is a challenge to communicate from housekeeping, food to just simply directions to nearby surroundings. Google Translate saved me for multiple occasions. Second, I would expect from this level of hotel include in-room coffee and tea. Housekeeping provided a electrical kettle and I bought instant coffee and tea bags from nearby supermarket. Third, the staff is apparently not trained in hospitality. Any curtesy routine doesn’t work here. After 2 stays of more than 20 days, one of the housing keeping ladies is used to my routine and returns hello with a smile every time. I wouldn’t trade the greatness with just a few getting-used-to.

L'hotel vuole essere un 4 stelle, ma non è al pari della categoria. Un fatto molto spiacevole mi è successo all'interno della mia camera. Avevo messo il mio byte per i denti in un bicchiere di acqua con la pasticca per la disinfezione, come faccio tutti i giorni, sulla mensola del bagno. Al mio ritorno in camera nel pomeriggio, il bicchiere era stato pulito e rimesso al suo posto, ma il byte non c'era più. Ho chiesto spiegazioni al personale ma tutti hanno negato la loro responsabilità dell'accaduto. Ho chiesto di parlare con il direttore ma mi hanno detto che era in vacanza. Volevo fare una denuncia ma poi ho soprasseduto. Risultato una perdita economica pari a 350 euro che nessuno mi rimborserà. Un hotel da sconsigliare.......
