"I was not expecting it to be a self check in process. It was my fault for not reading the email I received the morning of...so I was surprised to find a locked door. However, when I called, the lady helped me very quickly and was very nice. The room was very nice. It had everything we needed. One minor issue (for me because I don't watch TV) but the TV had no signal. We had no TV or even Netflix or whatever. It didn't matter to me....but they might want to fix that for the next customers."

From the cookie hotline to the lovely balcony and the beautiful decor in your room and throughout the hotel. What makes the hotel even more special is the staff! What wonderful, charming and caring people they all are. They all go above and beyond to make you feel extremely welcome and as though you are family. My Mom and I will be return guests, and cannot wait to stay at this amazing spot next year! "
