"We arrived early on an international flight and left our luggage in their holding room. When we came back to check in there was literally so much luggage in the room we couldn’t even find our luggage. We then went to our room only to find we had been given a key to a room that was already occupied. We went back down to reception where they were very apologetic and immediately gave us a different room. With that said once we got to our room we were very happy with our stay. The hotel has a great location and is good value for money."

My colleague and I had breakfast at the Cafe Americain and had a short meeting upstairs on their second floor. By the time we finished, our rooms were ready - well ahead of the 3PM check-in time. My room had a balcony that overlooked the fountain area. It was a very convenient location to our conference venue. My stay was lovely and would go back again."
