The room was exactly the same as on the website. Actually better than I anticipate. It was clean and well maintained. Parking was very good. The location was great. It was close to everything. The staff was very friendly especially the young lady who checked me in. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and it was a great value for what we paid. It has good water pressure and the fridge worked well. The staff was kind and helpful. The only downside was the one ice maker they had was broken and the jacuzzi was out of service as well.

I knew once we walked into the room we should have walked right back out, however I looked into a refund and I would only be able to get partial through Expedia so I figured.. we won’t be in the room much anyway since we will be going downtown/aquarium/etc, and it was a dog friendly room. This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. There were roaches on the walls, blood on the floor, overall the hotel area was just sketchy. We made sure we carried a pocket knife everywhere we went. There were also people bbqing (with a portable bbq) and drinking in the parking lot right outside our room. Although they were nice when we were walking back to the room, they were up pretty late.. This place may be ok for male travelers, or people with pets. Definitely regret bringing our toddler here, was not expecting a place like this when reading reviews on Expedia. Make sure you read reviews on other platforms as well. Something I did not do prior to our trip.

It was clean. Room was very large and had a side yard ( we got the family suite) but it was bare bones . Overall suitable for our needs . Internet did not work . We called the front desk for troubleshooting he restarted the router multiple times but it was never fixed which was a bummer because our cell reception in the room was pretty bad . My sons loved the jetted tub !

This hotel is one of my favorites. The staff at thr front desk are friendly and get you in your room right away. They also text you once you've been in the room a little while to making sure you have everything you need. The room, well I can say as I asked in the first time I was speechless, huge, clean, decor was simple and functional. I stayed in the room with the jacuzzi tub and it had 2 room with 2 beds and 2 couched, a back porch the jacuzzi plus a full size bathroom. I was shock at what I got for the very affordable price I paid ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
