"Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. "My 2 nights stay was terrible because I had a very big quarrel with another guest; was allotted a bed in the female room by a woman named Nana;the first night was fine but on the second night, came back from late night work, was tired and I just needed a good night sleep but as I went to my allotted bed,a Chinese guest came in and started shouting and screaming loudly at me,saying that was her bed;there was no staff member to solve the issue; had the worst experience in my entire life"

"Here is the rub. My room was a capsule space. When I arrive, there were two shelves, one upper and lower shelf at the head of the bed. It was dark. I did not know that the bottom shelf was adjustable. Because of this for three nights, I slept with my feet hanging off the edge of the bed and on the third night I woke up, hitting my head on the bottom shelf because when the bed was made, the shelf was not collapsed and prepared for the next customer. "Clean, comfortable and close to shopping district. Rooms are small but come with an excellent private bath. I stayed here 15 years ago and remember liking it more than the fancy $300 a night hotel room paid for by my employer for work nights. Now, if you need space or are traveling with children I probably wouldn't book but it is easily the best value for a comfortable room in all of Japan in my opinion. "
