“Hôtel bien situé du Haram, très pratique et permet de faire des aller-retour selon nos besoins. Concernant le petit déjeuner, très satisfaisant le repas est varié et le restaurant est assez grand avec un côté vue sur la mosquée Nabawi. Le personnel est très accueillant et arrangeante puisque j’ai demandé de procéder au checkout à 14h au lieu de 12h et cela a été accepté sans frais. Un merci à Hassan qui m’a aidé à retrouver mon chauffeur pour mon retour.

“We booked through here and when we were at the reception the lady (Ms Nazra)told us that we don’t have any reservations even though we shared the booking confirmation number from hotels.com, we waited almost 4 hours at the lobby and then she came and told us that they don’t have any room left for us and go for other hotel. We told her that we already paid the full amount. After a while a guy came and told us the payment was verified and we can stay at the hotel.
