"I wish there was a bathrobe, better coffee in the rooms with real milk and a minibar with drinks. Also a makeup mirror. But the rooms a very nice and the windows are so cool. I didn’t like the very fluorescent lights next to the beds. They looked cool, but turned the room sterile "

"Whatever you do, avoid staying on the first floor. The rooms are right in the lobby, so not only can you see into the room from the street when the door is open, but you will also hear every single noise and guest throughout the night. The staff was able to accommodate us in a new room for our second night, which made a huge difference. It also revealed that the first-floor rooms are much more outdated than the rest. Both rooms had mildew in the shower tiles, but I've seen that in a lot of the older NYC hotels. Other than that, the location is pretty good and pricing is much better than other similar options in the area."
