“The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with a beautiful view. Pool area is fun and relaxing. They have a slide/jump/dive area that lands you into the bay. Stores and shopping are all around you that are lively and stay up late. Something we didn’t know is rideshare is not allowed to go into Naama Bay. Only taxis can which are more expensive and they overcharge you.”

“Per la seconda volta abbiamo alloggiato in questo Hotel semplice ma funzionale.Il persoanle è tutto molto cortese. Unico "neo" sono i bagni che pur essendo molto ampi sono molto vecchi e spesso con qualche problema. Andrebbero rifatti poco alla volta. Per il resto tutto benissiomo e ci torneremo sicuramente. “Rooms are clean and well looked after, hot powerful shower, staff are extremely friendly. Fantastic breakfast, fresh cooked omelettes and pancakes and a large selection of cheese, meat and fruits / yoghurts etc. mansoud ( probs spelt wrong) was an exceptional member of staff- I think he was the head chef, he always looked after us and made us feel welcome. ”

“I had coordinated for a transport from the airport but was told once I arrived that they could not accommodate us. We had to get a taxi that dropped us over half a mile from the hotel. My wife was not happy as we had to walk down a dark street with all of our luggage. The next day my daughter had come to visit and she was going to change in our room to go on a snorkeling trip. The front desk made a big deal about not allowing guests even though I offered to pay extra. The manager finally agreed...

“리셉션 직원이 굉장히 불친절했다. 영어할줄아냐? ㅋ 이러면서 ㅡㅡ 내가 지금 영어로 말하잖아ㅡㅡ? 하니까 오 ㅋ ~~잉글리시 뉘예뉘예 이런 표정과 말을해서 진짜 네가지가 없어서 체크인할때 기분 나빴지만 (저는 캐나다 유학생으로 영어못한다는 소리 처음 들었음) 시설은 좋았다.”
