"We booked a reservation literally at the last minute, the level of kindness I received from my first phone call is hard to believe. The ferrys quit running back to the Cape and we were stuck and they immediately told me to stay put and came and picked us up and brought us back to the wonderful resort and very helpful and compassionate staff. Everything at this lovely quaint hotel was immaculate and the location couldn’t be more perfect. 10 out of 5 stars!"

"We went for a mother daughter trip and this property was beautiful. They have excellent staff and amenities. The Sister Ship restaurant was amazing and the ambiance was second to none. Cymbals for breakfast on the patio was perfect! If you want a wonderful Nantucket experience, I highly recommend!"

"Great boutique hotel with a B&B feel to it. Clean and modern with nice amenities. Bed was super comfortable. The kitchen is open and there is a common area / library where you can hang out, read a magazine and mingle with other guests. Location is perfect, about a block from shops and restaurants. The breakfast was great, and the “happy hour” was clever (BYO alcohol, but cool assortment of mixers and cookies). Lovely short stay for us. Would highly recommend."

"The lobby area was great. Although the room felt a bit sparse- seemed to be missing local charm. And we didn’t realize it was right at the end of the airport- we could have walked to it, instead we had a $23 taxi fee. The staff was outstanding- probably some of the warmest folks I have ever experienced. They offered shuttles into town, and offered complimentary bikes to ride, although the e-bikes were already out, so we couldn’t do the long ride. Overall, we had a great experience in Nantucket."

"This hotel was simply beautiful and just ideal for a lovely visit to Nantucket. From the beginning you felt welcomed and cared for. There were light snacks in the living area and the breakfast items each morning were so appreciated. The staff were ready to assist in any way possible. Sharon, the precious housekeeper, at our location was so friendly and everything looked spotless. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a mix of some traditional or colonial furnishing, with several modern amenities like nice bathroom lighting, comfortable shower, and just a quiet ambiance. This is an older inn that has been extremely well maintained, so no elevators or microwaves in the rooms. It was a great choice for our brief stay in Nantucket. Also, it was within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. Loved it."
