“My husband and I had a great one-night stay! The hotel was well maintained, and the front desk receptionist was very welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to. The location was very convenient, with Wawa right across the street and Walmart only about 6–7 minutes away. We also loved learning that, in addition to the airport shuttle, they offer transportation to the cruise port for only $12 per person. That was definitely a plus for us! “Queen studio room was very clean and immaculate. Nice to have a small kitchenette with paper goods provided at front desk. The only downside was the use of a strong cleaning product. Other than that, would stay at this hotel again. Convenient to Tampa International Airport.”

“Gabriella at the desk was so very helpful. The food in the restaurant was flavorful and nice presentation. All the staff were friendly. The room was clean, the sheets fresh. Pool area very clean also”

“The condition of the hotel was okay. However, the employee's work ability was poor. I reserved a room with two beds in one room. However, the room assigned was one bed in one room. I thought it was a mistake by the staff and checked again, but I was told an absurd excuse that the hotel does not have two beds in one room. With the help of the online reservation manager, Fortunately, I changed rooms. Then, I couldn't rest for over 3 hours. I will never use this hotel or any Hyatt affiliate again.”
