"It's a beautiful property but not a lot of onsite activities available. The massage was excellent, the pool is so nice and the staff are really pleasant. The room could have been a tad cleaner, the bathroom needed a little extra care and the carpet in the room needed a deep clean I think. The artwork was lovely and room service was excellent. "I do not understand any negative reviews for Couples Negril. This was the most caring, pampering, fun, well kept and most beautiful peaceful resort we have ever been to. Smaller resort so food much better access to everything with ease. Room service great. Overall excellent. 5 star resort, any bad reviews written those tourist were never happy to begin with in my opinion! Well done Couples Negril and thanks!!! We will be back!"

"Our 3rd time to Jamaica and 2nd visit to this resort. Beautiful beach and water. All the staff are excellent. My wife and I even had our first couples massage which was amazing. Food is all good with plenty of options. Jerk Chicken at the Jerk Hut was our go to lunch. Loved all the various drink options at the bars. We stuck mainly to the cocktails. Our only complaint is we had to leave. We will be back again. We love Jamaica. "
