“Overall nice setup, continental breakfast with many options, concern is the amount that Expedia charged us at $212 didn’t mention another $175 paid/refundable deposit fee. So we paid initially $378. Was not expecting this, and the owner said it would take 7 to 10 business days to pay us back the deposit. Parking was a problem too, very narrow streets with cars bumper to bumper. But again, nice amenities and close to everything.”

Once you have booked the non refundable room they tell you a $300 cash wire transfer is to be made for a security deposit with your state issued ID. I called because this is nowhere stated and was immediately hung up on. Expedia “customer service” made several attempts to contact the property to which there was never an answer. “최고! 호수뷰 37층 이었는데 전망대 올라갈 필요가 없었다. 같은 건물에 백화점이 있었고 주변에 명품매장들이 있어 볼거리가 많았다. 네이비피어, 시카고강까지 거리를 구경하며 걸어서 다녔는데 조금 멀어서 셋째날부터는 좀 힘들었다. 그외는 모든것이 너무나 만족스러웠다. 로비가 정말 크고 편함. 아침에는 로비에서 무료커피와 작은 빵, 오후에는 음료수와 쿠키가 준비된다.”

She asked me how can she help me as if she was going to take my order then proceed to tell me that I could order through the digital order screen.”

But the rest. The gentleman there very kind and polite The girl in front desk was very nice. Sadly it rained a lot and the night we had to spend ir indoors mostly.”
