“It was good”

“Not the most welcoming staff at the reception. It felt as if we bothered them. Clean enough room with good amenities. Good breakfast although they tend to run low on some items at times and take their time replenishing them. We will not return based solely on that reception staff.”

“Super séjour”

“Initially, we were given a cramped single-bed room instead of our reserved Superior Room (two queen beds). When I asked to double-check, they changed our room but didn't even bother to apologize. That staff member was terrible and left me with a bad first impression of Quebec. The location was a bit of a distance to the Old Town, but it was okay, and everything else was pretty fine overall.”
