“Great stay. Highly recommend!”

“Not enough towels in the room for every guest. Couldn’t reach front desk from room phone. Went to front desk to get extra towel, they gave me a floor mat to use because they didn’t have clean towels. For reference, the room slept 4, I reserved it for 3 adults and we were only giving 2 towels to share between 3 people. Also, soap dispenser was almost empty so amenities were not filled between guests. Lastly, restaurant was closed in the morning.”

“This was a great stay for our needs. We were dropping our daughter of at Radford and stayed one night. The staff was great. There soap/shampoo/condition holders needed to be cleaned.”

“Ok place. Clean enough. If the pool is going to be closed for maintenance during the summer months I think you should include that in a message or on the website. I would’ve booked a different place. Also, if you don’t provide housekeeping more often than every 3 days, that should also be noted at the front desk. The breakfast was fair. I won’t be going back.”

“I choose this hotel because of the price, college move in weekend drove the prices up everywhere around. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra price for a nicer place than this. Very little quality at the Quality Inn. Walking into the hotel the strong chemical smell of deodorizer hits you instantly. The check in process was long and painful with one very poorly trained staff member. Once I got into my room I realized why they need the strong deodorizer, to cover the smell of musty stagnant...

“Terrible smell inside , exit doors had tape around the lat h so wouldn’t close pretty sketchy , ask for blanket and manager refused to give us one”
