“ Staff (Peggy) was very friendly and accommodating. Family and I used to come fairly often 25-30 years ago. Nice to see they have the same themed rooms. As always, being right on the ocean front, dealing with sand and TLC for the property is a constant job. I spent four nights there and really enjoyed myself. There was a time a number of years ago when they no longer allowed children. Not sure that is still the case, but would be worthwhile to check. ”

“Great location, very nice hotel. They ran out of wash cloths during our stay but that was the only downside. I will come back here. ”

“Great beds and loved having the fridge and micro in the room. View is spectacular and having a balcony with chairs to enjoy is lovely. Parking is great and plentiful. The outdoor carpet coverings on walkways are pretty warn and don’t look great but most things looked pretty well kept. I was extremely impressed with Georgie’s restaurant on site. Great food, staff and views. I will go there again even if not staying at the Hallmark. Really enjoyed our time in Newport.”

“Our stay was the coziest experience I’ve had in a while. We loved our room, being near the ocean, the fire pit for s’mores, and vegetarian breakfasts cooked fresh in the morning. I loved feeling taken care of with little details to make our stay nice, yet no one bugged us for anything and we felt so chill and at ease at this property. We’ll be back! ”

“The room had tape on the floor witch was a tripping hazard. They was hair in the tub. The chair was falling apart and the bed had had metal hook that was hanging out and grandson and husband ran it to them. ”

“객실문을 새로 갈아야 할것 같아요. 문틈사이로 찬바람이 들어와 객실 온풍기를 틀었는데도 너무 추워서 타올로 문틈을 막고 잤어요. 그랬더니 좀 괜찮더라구요. 룸키도 잘 안되어서 여러번 시도후 출입할수 있었어요. 세탁시설이 있어 좋긴하지만 청결하게 관리가 필요할것 같아요. 호텔스탓컴에서 예약하면 핸디캡이 있는 방으로 배정 받는 기분이 드는게 기분탓은 아닌것 같아요. 시정될 필요가 있다고 생각해요. 결제금액이 아주 저렴하지도 않는데 항상 동선이 긴 끝방이나 뭔가 문제가 한두개는 있는 방으로 배정 받는게 기분이그리 좋진 않아요. 다행이 이번숙소는 동선은 마음에 들었지만 출입문 바로 앞이라 이것 또한 핸디캡이라고 생각이 들었어요. ”

“I really enjoyed my stay with my children. Our room was clean, nicely decorated and you really can't beat the view. We enjoyed using the salt pool and use of the crabbing dock.”

“The room was so filthy I couldn’t stay even one night of my 5 day reservation. The staff said I would get a refund but at this point 3 weeks later no refund . ”

“The staff here seem to not care about guests. After notifying them online i would be late arrival well in advance they made zero effort to leave ne a note. Lobby was locked no one was around. No note to call # almost left finally soneone showef up. Room was 57 degrees. Next am shower would not turn on valve was broken. Went to just leave still no adult at the desk sin said had to get his dad. Do mot stay here. It is. Ot worth it. Got fooled by the wyndham name. Will be askubg fir recund did not...
