“Beautiful location, very clean, very friendly management! I would recommend staying here for sure!”

“Nice hotel and a good location in town and short drive to many wineries (5 minute walk to restaurants). Quiet. Outdoor private hot tub is not heated (so was not really useable in October).”

“It just looks "five"-starred in a distance. There are many to be fixed and improved, including the infrastructure.”

“I spent one week at Mitsis resort in October 2026. Unfortunately, despite booking a Superior Double Sea View room, my initial experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was allocated room 306 on the ground floor. The balcony faced the wall of another building, with no sea view at all (see photo). As this was not what I had booked, I had to complain to reception and request a room change. The next day, I was offered the only alternative, room 739 on the first floor, which at least provided a...

“We stayed for 2 nights and it was very comfortable Room was wide and clean Breakfast was also good Staff was friendly I hope we will stay again”

“Staff was wonderful! Outside garden is beautiful! Needs to update the rooms!”

“리조트의 위치가 너무 마음에 들었습니다. 걸어서 1-2분 거리에 해변이 있고, 야외 수영장도 4곳이 있어서 아이들과 물놀이 하며 놀기에 너무 좋았어요. 리조트 음식도 다양하고 맛있었고, 직원분들이 너무 친절해서 더욱 좋았어요. ”

“Lovely hotel and lovely touches put in place for my partners birthday. Would come back!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this brand-new boutique hotel. The location was perfect for us, conveniently close to both the airport and the port, with plenty of excellent restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. The room was exceptional—beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Thoughtful touches like coffee in the room, plush robes, and luxurious towels made the stay feel extra special. The owner was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our...

“Wonderful stay, the staff were amazing and very helpful we will be back”

“I had the most wonderful stay with Knossos Beach! It was end of season, and I knew that, but the hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful even though they must be exhausted from a long tourist season. Everyone was so genuinely friendly, and especially the women working in the buffet were the best part of every day--they made every moment extra special and I truly hope to return for another stay where I can see them again. I always love travelling to Greece, but this stay was especially...

“The breakfast was quite fantastic. Menues varys day by day. I thought the services and rooms were good untill I found the roaches. The first time was infromt of our room, but it was okay and they got rid of it very quick. But the second one was found on the floor at breakfast corner. Besides the roach problem, everything was good.”

“Once you adjust to the sheer size and scale of this lovely hotel, you really appreciate how good it is. Excellent food, drink, accommodation and weather… what more could you ask. The only down side for us was the general area outside the hotel resort was quiet with very little night life to talk about, everything is at least a ten minute taxi ride away, great if your looking for some peace and quiet in a high spec resort. Overall a great hotel and well worth another visit in the future.”

“-cons: I clearly requested quite room, but terrible noise made me crazy every night, even after 11 pm. And half board does not mean two meals are free. Some are charged. -pros: Some employees such as waiter in Paraiso and waitress of brunch restaurant (I don't remember the name) were very nice.”
