“This hotel is in the heart of the French Quarter and is home to the famous Carousel Bar! It is a fabulous hotel! One of the oldest in New Orleans. ”

“We miss this hotel already! Historical...was surprised it was so convenient to everything. Beautiful rooms, sunny spacious lobby. Friendly and attentive staff. We arrived in the middle of a downpour and the front desk was so kind. Only problem was trying to get in and out of the very high bed. Could have used TWO two-step small platforms for both sides of the bed.”

“This hotel had charged minibar payment that I never never used. I did not even look the minibar section on the table, so I do not know what kind of snack and beverage there. I have sent an email to the customer service, however they sent me a false receipt. I sent an email again, they did not answer. I am very unhappy for the attitude of this management. I am really disappointed. ”
