"Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. When we arrived and checked the bed, it was obvious that the bed sheets had not been properly cleaned or changed from the previous guests. This was completely unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable about the cleanliness standards of the hotel. We had to contact the front desk and request a different room immediately. While the staff eventually changed our room, this situation should never have happened in the first place. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations in any hotel stay, and this experience seriously affected our impression of the property."
