“The only thing I would change is I thought it was ocean front However it was only a few minute walk to the beach. We loved our stay”

“The apartment was immaculate with everything required for an extended stay. Very clean and the pool area was spectacular. I would highly recommend Kasa NoDa to anybody looking to visit Charlotte, NC. A 5 Star Stay. ”

“Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean, as were the changing areas. This is an older hotel that could use some updating - new flooring would really help- but for the price and location, it was perfect for our needs.”

“We literally walked into the room, walked back out and demanded a refund. Which was granted. The room was in bad condition, it was pretty ran down, hair everywhere, stains on the walls, the blinds were chewed up obviously by a pet. This hotel was very impoverished. You can hear other guest TV and conversations in the room, didn’t feel safe. I do not recommend, they really need to invest into this property.”

“It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left...

“Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The elevator was not working throughout the weekend, and there was no internet service available. The property also had a strong smoke odor, which made the environment uncomfortable. Upon arrival, I found the overall cleanliness and condition of the property below my expectations. Due to these issues, I decided not to check in and stayed elsewhere. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.”

“Have sent multiple messages about the black mold the no soaker I upgraded to get the tubs dont hold water and so much more but the fact Noone responded to my messages at all shown me everything I needed to see will proceed foward”
