"We arrived very late at night and it felt safe and quiet. We were helped at the front desk quickly and went up to our room that was nice and clean."

"The conditioning shampoo was not great. It left my hair VERY frizzy. I talked to the front desk, and Alma couldn’t find any small samples of conditioner so she sent someone to buy me conditioner! That is a level of service that is non existent in today’s world. Alma went above and beyond to fix an issue that she didn’t have to. The valet staff was the kindest, the old fashioned at the bar was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the hotel was SUPER clean. 11/10. Highly recommend. Would stay here...
