"Our stay was good, staff was nice, the rooms were clean, the ac did not cool the room very well but that wasnt a huge deal. When we went to go down for breakfast guest were in the lobby posing and making videos in the seating area with inappropriate bits out (7 am) and the staff allowed it. Not really what i wanted my daughters to see first thing in the morning. There was also puke in the elevator and all the staff did was put a wet floor sign up. But one great thing about this hotel is they offer a free shuttle and the man that drives was friendly and very helpful. "

"Quick trip to downtown Dallas and this place was amazing. Great staff, easy entrance, quick access to parking garage and excellent amenities. Gym was awesome and large. "

"I wanted to share my experience regarding the recent incident. I arrived at the hotel around 8:30pm after a long day of flights, only to be informed that the property was overbooked and that I would need to transfer to another hotel. I was given no real alternative and had to drive myself to a different property, which was significantly less favorable. What was particularly disappointing was that no one offered any form of concession or compensation for the inconvenience, despite the situation being entirely outside of my control. I would appreciate your feedback on this matter, including whether this has been escalated and how you plan to address it."

"The room was nice but had a slight musty smell. The bath tub/shower was missing a body wash container but it was replaced at my request. I ate breakfast in the restaurant and the food and service was great!"

"The overall sray was plesent, the staff nice and everything went soomth but I had booked two weeks in advance requesting a few accommodations for the special occasion and they said the would do their best and the room we had wasnt kn the top floor and it was just facing the highway. And there were other reviwes where the staff offered special thinngs in the room for the occasion but that was only offer online not recommended when I called ot when we checked in. And then the breakfast was $25 a person. I wish they had been just a little more accommodating in this aspect. The front desk attendant did give us a parking pass but the whole thing was very dirty expeccally the entrance ally from the parking. I dont think that should be $25 a night on top of your room either but I guess that just me. I dont think it was worth the pretty entrance but it was just those little things. I think its easy to forget when you work there all the time that for people like me I was hoping for a once in a life time experience for our celebration and we got the minimum is what it fel like. "

"They didn’t have extra blankets. The bed had stains on it and some one else hair. Gross me out. They need to take their time cleaning those rooms. I had forgot my disinfectant spray. But I put a T-shirt over my pillow because of the hair and stains. My first my experience was really nice this one was not. I was very disappointed. Also I think I was over charged for the valet parking. I’ll call and check tomorrow on that!"
