“Upon entry to the complex we were asked twice in a matter of 1 minute who we were and why were we there. The first person, a lady, ushered us through, the second person, a young man would not open the gate and then proceeded to ask the same questions again but in an unfriendly manner. On the way to our room there were KFC chicken boxes on the elevator floor and the elevator floor was dirty. Only one elevator was working. We had decided to extend our stay by one day. “The property is beautiful and staff are always cleaning very early in the morning. The rooms need some TLC: hole in floor, mirror damaged,couch in the room the fabric was torn and dirty furniture. The staff made up for the room shortcomings. Pleasant and professional. Sending kudos to Lewis and Breana at front desk, Joan in the Vogue (lobby) bar. Buffet wait staff - Tamika, Prissy, Jovi ann, Oshanna, Dr. Phil. Krystal restaurant-Terranae, Beach servers - TaJohn and Orel. Housekeeping- Shantell....

“We had a wonderful time at the Excellence Resort - Oyster Bay. The only complaint we had was the service on the beach wasn't that great. They only came around twice the most and some days just once to ask if we needed anything. We were there in 2019 and didn't pay for the Excellence Club and had awesome service on the beach near the main pool area than we did this time at the beach area for the Excellence Club members. Some of the popular drinks we asked for the bar tenders didn't even know...
