“Nice property but some wear and tear. We were in the sentry building which was the newest building and there was issues with the tub being chipped and painting discoloration. The sliding door was super hard to close and created a whistling sound. While there the AC went out in our room and when asked to be fixed maintenance came in and said give it 30 mins to an hour. It never cooled down and the AC never came up even after being asked to switch rooms. The staff was pleasant upon arrival and...

“Expedia messed up on our booking and the hotel didn’t accommodate us, so we had to pay an additional $1000. The hotel is very nice, the gift shop is very overpriced, 2 cans of pringles, 2 snickers and bag of gummy worms came to $60 they are definitely price gauging you! ”

“The restaurant food needs a lot of work. The steakhouse, Italian, and Mexican foods all lacked flavor of any kind. They were also poorly cooked. The fact that the buffet and in-room dining options tasted much better should speak volumes to the overall quality of your restaurants. That’s the only reason my review is a 4/5. Everything else on the resort was fantastic!”

“Great value for the price. The building is old and could use some remodeling, and updates. The casino has been closed up (not in service) the two times we have been this year and last year . I’m not sure if they are remodeling or what. I did not use the spa so I can’t comment on that. The food was good. We especially loved the bread and crab cakes appetizer at the Seafood restaurant (must have reservation) and our favorite was the Italian restaurant (reservation). I liked having the nacho bar...
