"Room was good as usual. This is our 3rd time staying with yall. Staff was very nice. We were a family of 14 and we all enjoyed. Only down fall was breakfast ran out witin an hour or 2 no cups to drink out of. Have 4 elevators only 1 half way worked. So stairs was our best way to get from the 4th floor to the main lobby. Horrible!!! But other them that we will still stay here. "

"Property had trash in pool and in elevator. There were no towels in the pool area. Our remote control had no batteries in the room. "

"I arrived to check in at 5pm (check in starts at 4pm) and was told that the room that I had initially booked and paid extra for was already given to someone else. Other than that, the property was a older but well kept. The bar and restaurant was very good and convenient, The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. "

"The pool was closed for majority of our stay, breakfast was cold most days. Cheap ingredients and my fiancé had to fix the waffle machine herself as in the rep preparing breakfast instructed her to fix it vs fixing it for her. Expedia needs to update amenities that aren’t available prior to booking as we had already driven 14 there before finding out. "

"We were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely our stay was. The staff were friendly and abundant, always trying to be helpful. Seriously, everyone was so nice! There was one young staffer, who was pretty stern with the rule of putting in your room service order the night before strictly before 9 PM, as we tried to put our order in it 9:04 PM and it was too late. So just be sure that you put your order in the night before on time! We were still able to call in our order in the morning and it came just fine. We also had breakfast at the Grandview restaurant and our server Casey was exceptionally kind and attentive. He tried to help us figure out a couple of Vegan options as well. The views were wonderful, and the rooms were so nice in the lodge. We liked hooking up the Bluetooth to the bathroom mirror, the delicious nespresso, coffee, light up closet, warm fireplace, hot tub, which was indoors, but the glass doors were wide open which made you almost feel like you were outside. This is a great place! The staff are all truly wonderful!"
