“Clean room”

“It was a pretty standard hotel. Nothing really out of the ordinary or exceptional. My family and I went there for a show at red rock, and didn’t really know about the area whole lot when I discussed with the front desk if they had any information about the area, they weren’t really helpful. The unfortunate part was that you could hear every single step or word or noise coming from the neighboring room, which made it a very hard sleep. Not a whole lot around the hotel. The nearest restaurants...

“Great stay, quiet”

“The property was in good condition and the room was clean. Staff was pleasant and friendly. The major drawback was that, for some reason, there was a high percentage of homeless people in the area which was a concern. I understand the facility has limited control over this, but at times I was concerned over my personal safety. Thank you.”

“This was terrible! The door did not lock and could be opened without the key. The room was not cleaned. There was dirty clothes left on the floor from the last guest. Had to tough it out for one night since flight got in so late. Itched all night and awoke to bed bugs! Booked for two nights initially but had to leave. Tried to get a refund and they refused. Give me my money back!”
