โIt must be pretty much perfect. Since the hotel is in the downtown, shops, supermarkets, public transportation etc. are very near and away from 2 - 3 minutes walk. โ

Clean and everyone was very kind and helpful.
The buffet was ok- the hot food wasnโt really hot, and some fruit had mold on it.
I found the bed a bit hard but my husband liked it. Other than that it was a great stay. โ

Bed was dirty with hairs, pillow was stinky, some cookie debris on the table and chairs, sticky gross thing on a glass.
I enjoyed staying in many Holiday inn locations across the states for many years, but I think I will stay away from Holiday inn on my future trips.

โExcellent customer service. Our flight landed a lot earlier than planned and they were able to accommodate an early check in and a late check out. Customer service was always pleasant, shaded parking was great, and room service was prompt. The rooms were also extremely comfortable.โ

โGreat property. Know that it is a residence building and there isnโt access like a traditional apartment. Walk and getting in and out wouldnโt be easy with lots of bags. And not easy if you want to go in and out with a car regularly. Otherwise unit was comfortable and well maintained. Roof top deck is a nice plus ๐โ
โIโm generally satisfied with the hotel. Actually, I reserved a studio for two nights but upgraded to suite room with plenty of space for a couple. Because I stayed here during February, majority of guests of the hotel is seniors from north area like Wisconsin, Chicago. And the hotel provides a lot of activities for them such as drip coffee making. They are not very professional classes but you can still enjoy them. Hotel staffs are kind and I like their swimming pool as well.
