"Well first of all layout was great we shared 2 bedroom with another couple. Place was nice beds were a bit lumpy, no elevators and stayed on 3rd floor, it’s a workout for sure. Biggest complaint was our room was located on one of the busiest streets In the world! Felt like we were sleeping on a highway, windows did not block any noise, would have been nice for staff to disclose and when brought to their attention they did not offer any solution but that if we chose to stay with them in future they would recommend we request another room… you think? Floors in room were also dirty, if you were barefoot your feet turned black."

"Had to wait 1 hour after check in time to get a room due to shortage of cleaners. Their only elevator was broken. Parking lot under construction. Looks like a child painted the lime green accents on building. Feels like a jail"

"To expensive for what the property has to offer Also is ridiculous to have to pay 22 dollars per night to park a motorcycle overnight it’s mandatory no self free parking! You are forced to pay pretty much cause there are not other choices close by! Never again!"

"I was left a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the resort considering it was a 5-Star Fairmont property. There was frequently trash that wasn’t picked up around the pool areas. Empty cups and plates were strewn throughout the property. Just left me asking for more considering how much we paid for our stay. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice resort but I’ve stayed at other 5-Star resorts that were cleaner and more attention to the little details. "
