“Not cleaned properly. Bed was dirty with hairs, pillow was stinky, some cookie debris on the table and chairs, sticky gross thing on a glass. I enjoyed staying in many Holiday inn locations across the states for many years, but I think I will stay away from Holiday inn on my future trips. So disappointed.”

“Charles greeted us at the valet stand and thus began our awesome experience with the staff at Scottsdale Marriott at Mcdowell Mountain. He directed us to check-in and we were greeted by a smiling young lady named Morgan. We we're a little early but our room was ready and she quickly got us checked in. Room was spacious.
