The cottage was clean and cosy. Tastefully decorated. It was well equipped with what you need for a comfortable stay. Free WiFi. TV with Net Flix etc.Nice bathroom with bath and shower. "When in bed we noticed the cobwebs hanging from the ceiling The bedside lockers were sticky Out room 107 one of the back rooms Small and right above the big air condition ing outside really noisy all night Really dissapointed with our stay especially as it was a birthday weekend Breakfast service was all mixed up we ended up with other people’s breakfast staff not paying attention. Plates were being passed around"

"Unfortunately our stay was marred by the fact that the bathroom bin had not been emptied and contained the previous residents used sanitary products!!! The shower took 25 minutes to drain and, whilst we understand the logistics of old manor houses, if the plumbing is not up to standard then this should be at least mentioned on booking. The bathroom windows were in desperate need of repair, and mould cleaner, which may be the reason why there were silverfish in the bathroom. The final straw for us was the view of all the bins from the bedroom window! I'm sure it's got more to offer but we won't be going back to find out. We did mention all of the above on checkout and she was going to send maintenance to have a look so hopefully the next guests don't have the same issues."

"Our stay was very good every item you wound need was there for cooking Tv all towels and cleaned every day, if there was one downside it didn’t have a lift as we were on the second floor and being in our seventies couldn’t carry our cases up fortunately we contacted the reception and they sent a person to help which was great other than that couldn’t fought it,"
