“This is our second visit here. Everything mostly went well, breakfast was great. We did have an issue on the day we arrived. We came and saw a note directing us to our room, which we dropped off our luggage and grabbed our room key but then when we came back that night around 8:00 the main door was locked and we had to call to get the pass code. We never received an email or text with any instructions. I do think communication could have been better. We stayed on the first floor king room. The...

“We loved our visit to Charlevoix!! Steffan is a wonderful host. He shared fun details about Charlevoix, and even gave us tips on hidden gems in the area. Our room had the most comfortable mattress and bedding too! The Charlevoix House is located within easy walking distance to the Main Street with many restaurants and cute boutiques! We will definitely return if we want a visit to a Lake Michigan beach town.”
