Northern Phoenix, Phoenix hotel rooms at the Motel 6

"Hotel was very clean. Comfortable beds, amazing breakfast. Will definitely stay there again"

"Patio wasn’t clean, lots of cigarette butts, no chair like other patios we saw and we had the worst room in the area with a sort of jail cell like dark and damp feel on the bottom level. Perhaps because we arrived late at night and with kids they thought we wouldn’t notice. Pool at The Falls is phenomenal! Redeeming!"

"Not what I would have expected from a Hilton branded property. Our room was a bit dated and seemed run down, think popcorn ceilings, bad drywall patch jobs, etc. There was only one functioning ice machine which as you can imagine could be an issue when it’s 100 degrees outside. The staff was great but Hilton needs to invest more in updating this hotel. "

"Parking was easy. None of the vending machines worked. This hotel is next to a truck parking area, so some noise was present and truckers would gather and talk near the pool."

"Rooms were cleaned later in the day, allowing you to sleep in without interruptions. The cleaning staff was very friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The spa was accessible, but the hot tub was cold. They have a good variety of fitness classes. I highly recommend attending Yoga with Lauren. The Zumba class ended up being fun, but the instructor seemed to be in a bad mood at the start of the class. I was almost discouraged from going to the class because of this non-welcoming aura. However, all the other spa staff were very accommodating and sincere. The pool area is really nice. They have music playing, volleyball nets, a slide, lazy pool and two sizeable pools. Be aware that the poolside bar closes early (5pm at the time of my stay) on Fridays. In the courtyards, the old pools have been replaced with shaded turf, which is really nice for various types of events or simply having a space for kids to run around. Restaurant menu items average about $20. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay again, but I probably would not attend the Zumba class again to avoid that unpleasant interaction."
